As I teach women how to use creativity to connect with who they are, their self-expression in writing and artistic marks becomes a way for them to notice what is needed to nourish their mind, body, spirit and soul. 

Guiding women through calming meditation and breathing practices which encourage creativity, bringing them in touch with their emotions, life stories, and faith walk. A chance to connect more to who they are on the inside, sharing from the heart and the soul in images, words, and colors.
